Happy Tuesday Y’all,

I want to start off by saying how great it feels to have completed a month of my book challenge. I’m not one for diets but Always Eat After 7 PM wasn’t necessarily so much of a diet that’s super restrictive as it was just a healthy lifestyle change and I’m excited to keep it going.
Since I’m not training and probably won’t get back to it for a while, I’m glad I have this plan to stick to. Also, the kids love seafood and there are many easy fish recipes to follow for them and it’s just a bonus for us that they’re fat-burning recipes!
Read more about my journey here, here and here.

“Specific higher-carbohydrate foods (including berries and cherries) support your fat-burning metabolism while you sleep, providing your body with a steady stream of fuel throughout the night. The trick is knowing how to combine them with other evening and pre-bedtime fat-burning foods to fuel your metabolism as you sleep.”
The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. This also puts you into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis. The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good.
The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase. Learn more about the book and how to purchase here.
Overall, I’m very happy with my choice in taking on this book challenge. I have more energy throughout the day, I don’t feel guilty indulging in sweets or eating late at night. And, following easy-to-make recipes makes an easier process on deciding what to make for dinner. I highly recommend Always Eat After 7 PM, if you’re looking to get more than just another diet to follow.
Until next time.
XO, Betsy
